High force DMA+series

Material characterization solutions

The DMA+ series instruments are dynamic testing machines based on a innovative concept of one-piece high rigidity test frame. They are dedicated to the accurate analysis of the viscoelastic properties of most advanced materials.
The DMA+ high-rigidity one-piece test frame has been designed to offer the largest stiffness and frequency analysis ranges, along with first-class ergonomics.

Dyna+ software makes possible an extended variety of DMA tests, in order to follow up the dependence of the material viscoelastic properties to many parameters. Using the optional Fatigue module of Dyna+ software, the testing capabilities can be enlarged to enhanced fatigue testing, Heat Build-Up testing, or crack growth testing.

The DMA+ series instruments rely on the most advanced technologies to achieve high-precision analysis of mechanical properties.

The advantages of DMA+300, DMA+1000 and DMA+2000

  • DMA and TMA testing
  • Precise measurement of viscoelastic properties
  • Determination of glass and secondary transitions
  • Static and quasi static testing: creep, stress relaxation, tension, compression…
  • Fatigue testing on material and industrial component specimens (with controlled waveform)
  • Crack growth testing
  • Analysis of solid, pasty and liquid materials: elastomers, plastics, composites, biomaterials, etc.
  • Particularly well suited to polymer and composite characterization (polymerized materials, follow-up of polymerization process, simultaneous DMA/calorimetry, fatigue)
  • Particularly well suited to elastomer testing and characterization (Mullins effect, Payne effect, frequency sweep, Heat Build Up, crack growth testing, etc.)
  • Materials humidity dependence analysis
  • Comparison and classification of complex materials for design engineering
  • R&D / Quality Control / Education / Lab work
